You're not alone. And you don't have to figure this out by yourself.
We'll help you take control of what comes next
You shouldn’t have to wait weeks to talk to someone who can help. You need guidance for you, not just generalized advice.
With your personalized diagnosis toolkit:
Answer a few simple questions and upload your biopsy results (pathology reports), imaging, lab results, and recent doctor visit notes. Using our proprietary and secure technology, as well as our expert team of reviewers trained on Dana-Farber diagnostic pathways—you’ll get a personalized toolkit, that is comprehensive yet easy to understand.
Your free personalized toolkit helps you better understand your diagnosis, identifies what additional information or tests you may need for comprehensive care, clarifies what's to come next, and outlines the best questions to ask your oncology team—giving you the information, confidence, and preparation to be an active participant in treatment and care decision-making.
Our toolkit outlines any remaining tests or imaging you might need, so you and your oncologist have the most complete picture of your diagnosis, guided by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s diagnostic expertise.
By completing these steps now, you can use the time before your first oncology appointment to get necessary staging imaging and labs done—so your oncologist has everything they need to move forward.
Defiant leverages Dana-Farber’s world-class expertise to ensure that your journey with Defiant is powered by Dana-Farber best practices. All clinical services are provided by Defiant Health and its other partners.
Why is this free? We believe everyone deserves access to expert guidance during cancer care. We want you to feel the difference that personalized, expert care can make — and while we hope you'll want to continue working with us, there's no obligation to do so.
This service is FSA/HSA eligible.
Imaging and other tests are not included in this cost. Our radiology and lab partners will accept most insurances.
You shouldn’t have to navigate this alone—our team is here to help
