We guide you from anxiety to answers in days, not months
The average breast cancer diagnosis takes 100 days from start to finish. You shouldn't have to wait weeks for a PCP or multiple imaging appointments, leaving you alone and without answers.
Defiant is powered by Dana-Farber’s best practices and clinical protocols to optimize the diagnostic process for faster results.
We guide you step-by-step:
Schedule a virtual appointment with one of our world-class breast health physicians — same or next day.
We’ll gather your records, listen to your concerns, and give you a personalized plan for getting the answers you need as quickly as possible.
We’ll get you expedited access to the diagnostic imaging you need to get answers — whether that is a 3D mammogram, ultrasound, or biopsy. And we’ll coordinate everything!
And we’ll provide expert guidance on your results and what to do next.
75% of biopsies turn out to be benign.
But, if needed, we’ll help you find the right oncology team for you and your particular needs.
And you’ll get a head start on additional testing and treatment planning, backed by Dana-Farber pathways — accelerating your care with expert guidance.
Talk to someone who gets it. Start your path forward today.

In some cases, an ultrasound-guided biopsy can be offered to Defiant Health patients on the same day as the diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. However, there are certain situations where it may not be clinically appropriate to do the biopsy on the same day or certain partners that cannot offer same-day biopsy. Defiant works very closely with our radiology partners to minimize the time it takes to schedule the biopsy so that you don’t have to wait for weeks to get answers.
